In-Store Pickup

We offer in-store pickup only. Valid government-issued ID is required for all pickups. We reserve the right to refuse pickup if proper identification cannot be verified. Please visit our store location at 9806 Mission Blvd, Jurupa Valley, CA.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Health and Safety

Cannabis products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not operate machinery or drive while under the influence.

Limitation of Liability

ShopEmpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShopEmpire and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
